CARBONDALE, Colo. (CBS4)- More affordable housing options are available in the Aspen area. The construction is wrapping up on the Red Hill Lofts in Carbondale.

The nonprofit Aspen Pitkin Employee Housing Inc. is offering 30 units to families at 50% or lower of the area median income. The complex has studios that rent for $706, one-bedroom units at $751 and two-bedroom units at $892.
