Accident Delays Commute On I-25 North Of Denver

THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) - Delays built on Interstate 25 heading into Denver Thursday morning after an accident.

Two left lanes of the southbound direction were blocked off at East 84th Avenue in Thornton due to an accident at approximately 6:15 a.m.

Traffic extended to West 104th Avenue, adding an extra 30 minutes of travel for commuters.

The accident was cleared by 6:45 a.m., but delays remained.
