7 Arrested In Child Prostitution Sting

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Aurora have arrested seven suspects accused of trying to hire child prostitutes.

The men were arrested during a two-day undercover operation led by the Aurora Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. The operation was held on May 18 and 19 in Aurora.

The suspects include Henry Pollreis, 58, from Lakewood, Travis Atkins, 37, from Parker, Francisco Vergara-Marquina, 52, from Denver, Trent Timbana, 30, from Ft. Washakie, Wyo., Antuan Wilkerson, 36, from Aurora, Enrique Jimenez, 48, from Evans, and Juan Sanchez-Ramirez, 32, from Denver.

The men were arrested for soliciting for child prostitution and criminal attempt to commit patronizing a prostituted child. If convicted they could face four to 12 years imprisonment.
