4 Fallen Officers Being Added To Colorado Memorial

GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) — Law enforcement agencies from around Colorado are honoring the latest officers killed in the line of duty.

The names of four officers killed in the line of duty last year are being added to the Colorado Law Enforcement Officers Memorial at the Colorado State Patrol Academy in Golden on Friday morning. They are Jefferson County Sgt. Sean Renfro, state Troopers Taylor Thyfault and Jaimie Jursevics, and University of Colorado Colorado Springs police officer Garret Swasey.

The ceremony will include a wreath laying and the release of doves.
