3 People Escape House Fire Safely

THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) - Three people are out of their home after a house fire in Thornton.

Neighbors spotted the fire in the 4400 block of 123rd Avenue Monday afternoon and called 911.

All three got out safely. Firefighters said there's heavy damage to the air conditioning unit and the roof.

No cause of the fire has been determined.
