3 Fox Kits Rescued From Window Well

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)- Three fox kits are back in their den with their mother after they were rescued from inside a window well.

The three kits were found in the well at a home in Westminster on Monday. Westminster Animal Management Officers found the kits and rescued then released them.

The kits ran back to their den where their mom was waiting for them.

The animal management officers want to remind homeowners to make sure they put a secure cover on top of window wells to prevent a wide variety of wildlife from falling in and getting trapped.
