3 Families Get New Homes Thanks To Habitat For Humanity
DENVER (CBS4) - A family's dream of owning a home is now a reality.
Habitat for Humanity and Genworth Mortgage Insurance built the new Denver home. The family says they were living in unacceptable conditions in their previous apartment, including flooding, noisy neighbors and roaches.
Now the family will be able to create a better life for their 4-year-old girl and newborn son.
Two more families also received the keys to their new homes on Wednesday.
