3 Businesses Hit In Denver Smash & Grabs

DENVER (CBS4) - Three businesses were hit during a smash-and-grab spree in Denver Tuesday morning.

Police first learned of the break-ins at 4:30 a.m.

A large police presence was on scene at 6th Avenue and Grant Street shortly after 5 a.m. The front glass doors of Le Bakery Sensual and Starbucks were damaged.

The suspects were not able to make it inside the Starbucks and the coffee shop opened for business as usual.

The bakery told CBS4 all the cash was stolen. The business did open for customers on Tuesday.

Another business at 6th Avenue and Broadway, Ella Bliss Beauty Bar, was damaged and the cash register taken with a small amount of cash.

There are no suspect descriptions.
