2nd Lawsuit In Dylan Redwine Case Thrown Out

DENVER (CBS4) - A judge has thrown out a second lawsuit involving the parents of Dylan Redwine.

Dylan Redwine was 13 years old when he disappeared from his father's home in southwestern Colorado four years ago. His remains were found months later.

The boy's parents continued to squabble and now a judge has dismissed the lawsuit his father, Mark Redwine, filed against his mother, Elaine Hall.

Mark Redwine accused Hall of intentionally inflicting emotional distress saying he was responsible for Dylan's death.

Last year a judge dismissed Hall's lawsuit making similar allegations.
