2 Suspects Arrested, Another At Large After Man Found Shot And Beaten

LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Loveland are trying to track down a third person after a shooting incident that was first reported in a Walmart parking lot off Garfield Avenue.

Officers saw an SUV tearing out of the store's parking lot at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Eventually, Greeley police stopped the SUV and found a 48-year-old man inside who had been shot and beaten.

The driver and another man ran away and then allegedly stole a car.

Larimer County deputies stopped the stolen car on Highway 34 using stop sticks and arrested two men. Police believe those suspects knew the man who was beaten and shot.

Authorities said they are searching for a third suspect in the case.
