2 Semi Trucks Collide, Fuel Spills Across Highway

POWARS, Colo. (CBS4) - A deadly crash involving two semi-trucks shut down northbound Highway 85 at County Road 8 in Weld County Wednesday morning. One driver could face charges.
The crash happened just before 6:30 a.m. near the town of Powars, between Brighton and Fort Lupton.
One semi carrying fuel T-boned another carrying equipment, and fuel spilled across Highway 85. Southbound lanes were also affected with just one lane getting by until 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The driver of the second semi was killed.
Investigators said the driver of the first semi stopped in the middle of the intersection and the other truck crashed into it.
