Police Investigate Motive In Shooting That Left 1 Dead, 1 Injured
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver rushed to investigate a shooting near 16th and Valentia on Tuesday night where there were two victims.
Officers responded to the area south of the Stapleton development about 8:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Initially police tweeted that two victims were rushed to the hospital.

Police later confirmed that two women had been shot in two different locations. One woman died and another woman was injured, she had been grazed by a bullet.
Several roads around the scene were blocked off to traffic while detectives gathered evidence and interviewed witnesses.
Neighbors reported hearing several shots in the area.
Police have not released any information about the gunman. The motive for the shooting is not clear.
