They were booked into the Platte Valley Youth Detention Center Friday afternoon.

Two students were arrested Monday and a third student was arrested Tuesday after Weld County sheriff's deputies and detectives were made aware of a potential threat involving weapons.

The threats were made both verbally and online through social media.

Investigators didn't find any substantial steps taken to act on the threats and no weapons were found.

Deputies say the students arrested on Friday were trying to pick up where their friends had left off after being arrested.
