2 Children, Babysitter Drown In Swimming Pool

PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — Police in Pueblo say two sisters, ages three and five, and a 17-year-old female baby sitter watching them have drowned in a swimming pool.

Officers responding to an emergency call Monday tried to revive the victims at Pueblo Grande Village, a mobile home park located north of downtown.

The Pueblo Police Department says the victims were pronounced dead by the coroner's office.

No further details were immediately available. An investigation is ongoing.
