2 Charged With First-Degree Murder Of Teen

DENVER (CBS4)- Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has formally charged two men in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old earlier this year.

Qashelby Frazier-Moore and Kentrall Hines have been charged with first-degree murder and felony murder.

The charges allege that on the evening of Feb. 17 Frazier-Moore, 20, and Hines, 18, were in a car with the victim. The charges further allege that they shot the victim and then left his body on the side of the street at East Robins Drive and Ireland Street.

Frazier-Moore and Hines remain in custody and are being held without bond; their next court date has not been set.
