2 Brothers Dead After Altercation Leads To Deputy-Involved Shooting
PARK COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Two men were killed after an altercation led to a deputy-involved shooting in Park County.
The Park County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at 7:51 p.m. Thursday about a shooting near Guffey, a town on Highway 9 south of Hartsel.
One brother had shot the other brother, fatally. When the sheriff arrived at 7:59 p.m., shots were fired. The deputy returned fire and the second brother was killed. The deputy sustained non-life threatening injuries.
