1 Killed In Shooting On 35th Avenue In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - One person is dead after a shooting in Denver Saturday night.

The shooting occurred on 35th Avenue near Elm Street.

The victim, whose name hasn't been released, was transported to the hospital and later died.

The suspect is in custody after being treated for injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
