Wrigley Field Hosted A 1-On-1 Date On 'The Bachelor'
(CBS) Wrigley Field is famous for being one of sport's most iconic venues. Now it's added another feather to its cap.
Back in October, shortly after the end of the 2015 season, ABC's "The Bachelor" took to Wrigley Field to film a one-on-one date between bachelor Ben Higgins and contestant JoJo Fletcher. The show aired Monday night.
It all came about because Higgins, an Indiana native, is a Cubs fan himself, and upon learning of that on Twitter, the team reached out with the invite, Cubs senior director of marketing Alison Miller told ABC-7.
Higgins and Fletcher took time for dinner at Wrigley Field, as well as some batting practice. It seemed to go well, as she received a rose at show's end.
