Woman Stabbed During Fight In Swissotel Lobby

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A woman was stabbed during a fight int he Swissotel lobby Monday morning.

According to police, a 30-year-old woman suffered lacerations to her head, arms as well as multiple puncture wounds to the back. Police said she was stabbed by an unknown woman with an "unknown cutting instrument" just after 4 a.m.

Police said the 30-year-old was taken to Northwestern Hospital in fair condition.

The offender left the scene on foot and police said she is not in custody.
