Woman Shot In Dunning
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A woman was seriously injured in a shooting in the Dunning neighborhood on the Northwest Side Thursday night.
The 22-year-old was in the 3500 block of North Normandy about 8:55 p.m. when she was shot in the chest, police said.
She was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
According to police, the woman may have been accidentally shot by her boyfriend, who was taken into custody early Friday.
