Woman Killed When Car Collides With Train In Whiting, Ind.

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A train accident in Northwest Indiana claimed the life of a Chicago woman early Sunday.

Jacqueline Moore, 61, was killed when her car collided with a train right outside the BP refinery in Whiting around midnight Sunday morning.

BP said no employees were involved in the accident.

The victim lived just across the state line from where the accident happened.

Investigators late Sunday were trying to figure out if the crossing gates and warning signals worked properly.
