White Sox Trim Spring Training Roster To 54

(CBS) The White Sox on Friday trimmed their spring training roster to 54 players.

Chicago reassigned right-hander Spencer Adams, left-hander Brian Clark, catcher Zack Collins, outfielder Courtney Hawkins and left-hander David Holmberg to minor league camp.

A first-round pick last June, Collins went 3-for-8 in seven games in spring training.
