White Sox Slugger Eloy Jimenez Donates Uniforms And Money To Shop Making Masks

CHICAGO (CBS) -- One of the White Sox's young stars helped make it a special day for Novias Davila, a dress shop in Little Village that normally makes dresses for quinceañeras.

They are now using dress materials to make masks for the community.

Eloy Jimenez heard about their efforts and donated $1,000 to each employee and also gave them Sox uniforms to use as material for the masks.

The shop has already donated more than 17,000 masks to the community
