White Sox, Rangers Swap Minor League Pitchers

(CBS) The White Sox and Rangers made a low-profile swap of minor league pitchers Thursday, with Chicago acquiring left-hander Will Lamb and while Texas received right-hander Myles Jaye.

Lamb, 25, had a 4.42 ERA and 1.49 WHIP in 57 innings split between Double-A and Triple-A in 2015. He has a career 3.79 ERA in the minors. Lamb has held left-handed hitters to a .200 average in his career.

Jaye, 23, went 12-9 with a 3.29 ERA in 147 2/3 innings at Double-A last season. He struck out 104 batters and had a 1.23 WHIP.
