White Sox Place RP Lindstrom On 15-Day DL

Lindstrom suffered the injury in the ninth inning of last night's win against the Royals while attempting to field a bunt. He's returning to Chicago for further examination. Lindstrom, 34, had assumed the team's closer role, registering six saves in 19 appearances to go with a 3.32 ERA.

To replace him, Chicago has recalled right-handed reliever Javy Guerra, 28, from Triple-A Charlotte. Guerra is 1-1 with a 2.33 ERA and three saves in 14 appearances this season for Charlotte.
