Weezer, Erykah Badu, The Chieftans To Headline Taste Of Chicago

CHICAGO (AP) -- Weezer, Erykah Badu, and The Chieftains are among the headliners scheduled for this year's Taste of Chicago.

Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events announced the entertainment lineup Tuesday for the annual food festival in Grant Park along Lake Michigan.

Also lined up to perform are Austin, Texas, rock band Spoon and the funk band Maze featuring Frankie Beverly.

The Taste of Chicago runs July 8 through 12.

Admission to the festival is free. Tickets for the seating area at the Petrillo Music Shell go on sale Friday. Seating on the lawn is free for musical performances.
