(CBS) -- It was an unusual sight in west suburban North Riverside: a stray pig trotting down the alley.

WBBM reporter Terry Keshner approached the little fella, which was oinking and wagging his tail. That's when the little pig's owner, a student at Moraine Valley Community College named Pandy Klotz, showed up and made the introductions.

Milton is a micro pig and weighs about 30 pounds. He's a bit of a scamp.

"He just escaped yesterday from my backyard," Klotz says. "And someone knocked on my door and said, 'Oh, this is your pig!'"

But the student says her living situation means she actually cannot keep Milton. She is looking to find him a new home.

"He's potty-trained, he's a really good pet," she says. "He just likes to be cuddled and he needs a lot of attention. So it is a lot of work, but if somebody has time for him."
