Website For Pilsen's National Museum of Mexican Art Appears Hacked By Islamic Extremist

(CBS) -- An Islamic extremist appears to have hacked the Web site of Pilsen's National Museum of Mexican Art.
Instead of photographs of Mexican art, a list of exhibitions and events, those viewing the site Wednesday night saw a crude image, mostly black, that read "Muslim Hacker," "Hacker of Islam," said "Proud to be Musliman 3" and disparaged Israel, the U-S, Iran, India France and what it calls "Haterz."
The hacker identified himself as Moh Ooasiic.
Police were unaware of the hack until contacted by WBBM.
The hack was scrubbed just hours before the museum unveiled a major new exhibit, CBS 2's Chris Martinez reports.
"This can happen to anybody now. It is the world we live in, which is unfortunate," museum president Carlos Tortolero says.
