Watch: Tom Izzo Gives Heartfelt Speech On 'Princess Lacey'
(CBS) Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo gave a heartfelt, tearful speech the other night to well-wishers who had gathered on campus to remember the late Lacey Holsworth, the 8-year-old known as "Princess Lacey" who passed away early this week after a battle with cancer.
She had become good friends with Spartans big man Adreian Payne and a favorite of the entire team, even helping the team cut down the nets after it won the Big Ten Tournament title in March.
