WATCH: Keith Helps Young Blackhawks Fan Skate For First Time And Score A Goal

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago Blackhawks have been tugging at heartstrings all season with the fans they've been showcasing through their "What's Your Goal?" campaign.

In the latest video, star defenseman Duncan Keith gives an assist to a little girl named Cammy, who was born unable to walk or speak.

Her goal was to score a goal with an assist from the two-time Norris Trophy winner.

Keith gently took her out on the ice at the Blackhawks' practice facility, and made her wish come true. Though she has never walked before, she was able to skate by using a harness strapped to Keith, allowing her to glide on the ice in tandem with her favorite player.
