Watch: Handzus' Game-Winner In Double OT
(CBS) After endless white knuckle hockey, with the Blackhawks on the verge of elimination in the Western Conference Final, Michal Handzus sent the fans at the United Center home happy with a game-winning goal just more than two minutes into double overtime last night. His backhand gave the Blackhawks a 5-4 win against the Kings and cut Chicago's deficit to 3-2 heading back to Los Angeles for Game 6 on Friday.
