Walmart Offering Free Health Screening On Saturday

CHICAGO (CBS) -- As back-to-school season approaches, Walmart is offering free health screenings.

The free screenings will take place until 2:00 Saturday afternoon.

Pharmacists will also be on hand to talk with parents.

They'll be able to discuss health concerns and immunizations necessary for the upcoming school year.
