Oak Park sued over ordinance banning natural gas in new homes and businesses

A coalition of construction groups and natural gas companies are taking the Village of Oak Park, Illinois, to court over the west Chicago suburb's ban on natural gas.

CBS News Chicago reached out to the Village of Oak Park for comment. There had been no response late Tuesday.
