View: Blackhawks Unveil Stadium Series Jerseys
(CBS) The Blackhawks have unveiled the special jerseys they'll wear for their Stadium Series contest against the Minnesota Wild on Feb. 21 that will take place outdoors at TCF Bank Stadium.
The jersey pays homage to Chicago by featured four six-pointed red stars on a white collar, which are derived from the city's flag and reflective of regional fan pride, the team explained. The "black shoulder yoke serves as a visual representation of the city's nickname -- the 'City of Big Shoulders,'" the team said.
