VIDEO: Lots Of Work Ahead To Prep Soldier Field For Blackhawks Rally

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The tickets sold out in minutes and now crews are working feverishly to get Solider Field ready for the Chicago Blackhawks rally on Thursday.

As you can see from the video (above), there is a bit of work to be done, including building a stage on the north end of the field, covering the bare dirt ground and adding thousands of seats.

With the field configured for a concert, Soldier Field can accommodate about 75,000 people.

The Blackhawks defeated Tampa Bay 2-0 in Game Six on Monday, which set in motion plans for the third victory parade and rally in six seasons.

UPDATE: Parade Route Changed

Fans can also watch the rally from a jumbo video screen in the South Parking Lot at Soldier Field. The city said it is planning for up to 100,000 people to watch there.
