Van Dyke's Defense Targets Laquan McDonald's Past

CBS (CHICAGO)--At the Jason van Dyke trial today, it may have sounded more like Laquan McDonald was on trial.

Joseph Plaud, a Cook County sheriff's officer who was working at juvenile court in August 2013, testifies about Laquan McDonald's past.

The defense was trying to portray McDonald as a belligerent, drug-using teenager who lashed out at authority.
