U.S. Marshals Searching For Indiana Man Accused Of Child Molestation

LAKE COUNTY, Ind. (STMW) -- The United States Marshals Service Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force in Hammond is looking for Jose DeJesus Gonzalez-Ibarra, who was charged in Lake Superior Court with two counts of child molesting, both class A felony counts punishable by 20 to 50 years.

Gonzalez-Ibarra, 40, is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has been known to live throughout Northwest Indiana, with ties to Merrillville, Hobart and East Chicago.
