Two Shot In Humboldt Park

CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two men were shot in the Humboldt Park neighborhood early Friday.

About 1:15 a.m., the two were driving south in the 1600 block of North Central Park when a dark-colored SUV pulled up alongside them and someone inside opened fire, police said.

The two, ages 20 and 23, drove to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center. The 23-year-old was shot in the buttocks and the 20-year-old suffered graze wounds to his chest and arm, police said. Both their conditions had stabilized early Friday.
