Two Men Shot In Greater Grand Crossing

CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two men were shot late Sunday in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.

They were standing on the corner at 79th Street and Eberhart Avenue just after 11 p.m. when someone fired shots, police said.

A 25-year-old man was shot in the chest, side and leg and taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.

A 23-year-old man was shot in the calf and taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized.
