Two Men Found Dead In Longwood Manor

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two men were found dead in a Longwood Manor apartment Wednesday night on the South Side, police said.

The men, ages 51 and 56, were found about 10 p.m. in an apartment in the 9700 block of South Harvard, according to Chicago Police.

They were both pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The Cook County medical examiner's office did not immediately confirm their deaths.

A police source said the men may have suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning. Area South detectives opened a death investigation.
