Two Men Killed In Bishop Ford Crash

(CBS) -- Two men are dead in a crash on the southbound Bishop Ford Expressway early Sunday morning.

Illinois State Police say the two men were killed about 2:30 a.m. when the dark blue sedan they were in crashed into a semi truck on the southbound Bishop Ford - I-94 - at Cottage Grove.

State Police say the truck was stopped because of construction - and that the men's car barreled into the back of the truck at high speed, burying itself into the rear end.

The southbound lanes of the Bishop Ford were shut down until about 7 a.m.
