Two Charged With Burglarizing Rail Cars

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A couple has been charged after police officers observed them burglarizing rail cars early Friday morning.

According to police, Michael Williams, 33, and Jasmine Gibson were seen by officers burglarizing freight cars in the 2400 block of West 25th Street at about 2 a.m. Friday.

Police say Williams and Gibson fled the scene but both were taken into custody after short foot chase.
Both Williams and Gibson have been charged with one felony count of burglary each.
