Tornadoes Touch Down In Central Will County
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The National Weather Service says multiple tornadoes touched down in central Will County near Wilton Center, Illinois Tuesday night.
There are reports of damage and power outages. ComEd trucks are in the area working to restore power.
A woman driving through Manhattan, Illinois in Will County inadvertently became a storm chaser. She grabbed her cell phone and captured what appears to be a tornado hovering over the area.
CBS 2's Dana Kozlov reports cleanup and power crews are working to clean up the area after a tornado ripped through the town without warning.
A piece of a shed was wedged on a power line after the storm hit. Residents say the tornado touched down before the sirens went off.

Flash flood warnings are in effect in Kane County until 8:30 p.m., as well as McHenry and Lake Counties until 9:30 p.m.
