Construction on tiny homes halted in Chicago

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago is shutting down construction of a small structure for the homeless in the South Loop. 

A small wooden building sits in an encampment on Roosevelt near the Dan Ryan. An organization that helps the homeless was in the process of building it.

Last week, the Chicago Department of Buildings said it put a stop work order on the structure because it was built without plans or permits.
