Three Wounded In Shooting Outside Wicker Park Club

(CBS) -- Three people were wounded in a shooting outside a club in a Northwest Side neighborhood known for its nightlife.

CBS 2's Jeremy Ross reports the shooting took place around 1:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Milwaukee in the Wicker Park neighborhood.

Police say three people were hit by bullets walking on the side walk. Investigators say all the violence stems from an altercation inside a nearby nightclub.

It's unclear what caused the conflict what is clear is when the people who were part of that initial altercation left someone in a car driving past them opened fire.

Police said one 26-year-old man was shot in the right arm and left buttocks and another 26-year-old man was shot in the right arm. A third person
Police say two are 26 years old. A third man was wounded in the foot, police said.
