CHICAGO (CBS) -- The NFL Draft is coming back to Chicago in just over four weeks and Wednesday the NFL unveiled some of its plans for what will be Draft Town in Grant Park.

"I'm a little partial towards the Ferris wheel," O'Reilly says. "An opportunity to create (something) in a town that's got some iconic history around Ferris wheels.

The NFL Draft runs from April 28-30.
