Thief Disguised As Delivery Man Steals Packages, Including Giant Television
(CBS) -- Residents of a Wicker Park apartment building say a thief masquerading as a delivery man stole packages from the entryway, including a 55-inch TV.
It happened in broad daylight at a 12-unit condo building in the 2100 block of West North Avenue.
Resident Darren Bax says security video from the Dec. 2 incident showed the thief was carrying fake packages to make himself look legit.

The suspect "came up to the door - had packages in his hands. At the same time, one of our tenants was walking in, thought they looked reputable and let them in," he says.
The suspect got away with a 55-inch TV that he pushed out through the garage entrance of the building. From there, he went to the alley, Bax says.
