The Bar Is Open, But It's Not An Open Bar
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Whether supporters want to celebrate or drown their sorrows, it typically costs a good chunk of change.
The bar was already open before 6 p.m. at the election night party for Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez.
But it wasn't an open bar at the Palmer House.

Ken Dunkin spent a relative fortune on his state House race. The drinks prices were competitive.
