CHICAGO (CBS) -- How does seven years in the White House affect the aging process of the president?

Here is a comparison of then and now for President Obama, based on photos from his State of the Union speeches in 2010 (his first) and 2016 (his last).

President Obama gave is first official State of the Union speech on Jan. 27, 2010.

He gave his final speech on Tuesday.

While not a State of the Union Speech, the president addressed a joint session of Congress in February, 2009.
