Temperatures To Take A Polar Plunge Across Chicago

(CBS) -- Dense fog on Tuesday morning will eventually give way and temperatures will take a big swing downward.

A dense fog advisory was in effect on Tuesday morning with temperatures in the low 40s.

However, on Wednesday the highs plunge to the low 20s.

By Thursday, high temps will be in the teens with lows in the single digits, CBS 2 Megan Glaros reports.
